SIR, why there is indication that CYAN is need to replace since there is still ink in the cartridge. Please help me to answer to this, my problem.

Either the cartridge is defective and needs to be replaced or the ink remaining is dropped below the allowed level and needs to be replaced.
Regardless of the reason that toner out was triggered, As soon as a cartridge runs out of ink, its "end history" is written onto the cartridge 5ID chip to permanently disable the cartridge and prevent it from being re-used.
