    Haha ... low tech rules!

I bet there is a little pressure on you to fix those first time & to not have to return for months!
I guess you keep a large site stock there!?
Hows the weather, rough sea I bet.

There is pressure for sure, but lucky for me I can go offshore whenever I want.
I don't have a large stock, since I send the parts before I travel.

The weather has been very good this week, and I'm glad I dont work on a floating platform.

From Stavanger, Norway the flight takes normally 1 hour and 10 min.

Here is a flight map of where the Ekofisk Complex is.

It's a very cool experience indeed. I have been traveling offshore since 2013. Ekofisk Lima is the world largest offshore Hotell with 552 single bed rooms.

My colleague onshore, took a panel from a new 04 machine went to the heliport for shipping. It will then come with the last helicopter of the day. I will have to stay another night, to finish of the jobb.

Some of the platforms are connected with walkways and some are standalone. So the one I am at now has the walkways and I can walk to other platforms.

Here is a picture of the Ekofisk complex. The plattform on the bottomleft is where I am.

Fixed, I cross switched the panel from the Mpc c2004 and that worked perfect. Only thing now I need to stay one more day offshore to wait on the replacement panel.

Thank you for the support and the help.

There is a bulletin regarding this & SC672 issues to help troubleshoot, it involves watching the LEDs & observing their flash/colour sequence.

Thank you, will take a look at the bulletin now. I talked to Ricoh Norway and they told me it could also be the Panel that is making the issue or also the controller board. I have a Mp c2004 across the hall and will take the panel from that to test.

I have now taken out the trays, right door and even disconnected the HDD and still Please Wait.. The please wait ring above starts loading and then just stops.

Turn off, open /& or remove all papers trays-check for trapped paper behind trays as said before, boot with trays still out-should work fine.
    Update system/copy firmware-it's a firmware bug
