Photocopy output paper got wrinkle intermittently,is it a problem with the fuser?

What is the counter of the fuser, they last very long. Could be a problem with the paper-exit-unit.

I would pull the fuser check the inlet plate for toner build up.

is there toner inside of the wrinkle? if so then it is in or around the fuser that the wrinkle happens

if there is no toner in the wrinkle... then it is before the drum area.

what have you done to the machine?

There is no toner in the wrinkle,I just flip the fuser upside down and check any dirt inside.

the problem could be in the exit unit you have an orange roller and sometimes one or more paper get into it make that.

it happened to me that problem if it ok maybe the problem is before the fuse maybe in registration a broken bushing

but he said there is NO toner in the wrinkle.. therefore wrinkle starts BEFORE the drum area
