Sounds like you've got an optical issue. Check that your scanner carriage and mirror carriage is not bent, damaged or has any loose mirrors. This could cause a skew from the glass and doc feeder. I've also seen the front left corner of the scanner get bent down from being leaned on. It would be the end where the fax speed dial buttons are. I don't think I've seen it give skewed copies from the glass, usually just the doc feeder. Also check the gap on your registration rollers. The tensioners for them are plastic and I have had them break off the tab where the spring attaches.
the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.

normly its the bushing on the rear end of the machine. or the first mirror, when skew on df and glass.

That's funny, all the bushings I've had to replace were on the front.

cobriray is correct. I have had the same problem of the front left corner of the machine being lower from weight put on it. I have had people tell me to put the shipping brcket back on it to correct this issue.
imind is also correct in that the bushings in the left rear are where the adj is made to correct the problem.

              standard issue:

Some customers of the dozy kind like to rest their arms including half the body weight on the front/left side of the scanner housing. Most scanner skew problems can be solved with a little force to the opposite direction.

I agree with this, and not just on the 2018, but on any cantilevered scanner model, from the 220 thru the 3045 and beyond. On the 1035/1045 there was even a support brace added in a tech pub, that should probably be made available for ALL the cantilevered models.

Yeah but I think ricoh has modified another frame for the post-adonis machines so at least they've became more solid. But the best contruction can't take any forces.

We've also kept the transit scanner support brackets in it's place for the A220+ generation as long as the machines aren't equipped with a finisher.
