i'm have aficio 1075 and using it as printer but it is very slow when print pdf files because it using the network card ..

can be add usb card or convert 1075 to be faster as printer ??

check that windows has not installed it with class driver and wsd port. Network should be quicker than USB.

Also make sure that Windows did not install it using the WSD port. I have seen new models take as much as 30 minutes to print a 1 page pdf when using the WSD port.

USB 2.0 and IEEE1394 options were original available for this dinosaur but good luck finding them now.

i'm using Tcp/Ip port but when print pdf the size of file is large and i'm show the buffering is very slow .

The main problem is that the machine is ancient. If you want speed, buy something new. Ricoh terminated assured parts availability for this model six year ago.
