Counter per user code

Dear all
I installed sp8200dn as workgroup printer for 27 users. Coustomer needs user code wise report means a report showing counter for each user as we did in copier by registering users in address book by which we can print counter per user.
In sp8200dn we can register user in address book only by web image monitor.
Kindly guide me how can i print counter per user code?

You will need to install SmartDeviceMonitor for Admin, and use User Management Tool > User Counter Information > File > Export User Statistics List.

The SDM has been discontinued, so you will have to find a download from somewhere, or if you have the original installation CD with the machine, or use the replacement: Device Manager NX Lite | Support & Downloads | Global | Ricoh
