Ricoh MP C6503 jamming in when trying to print Duplex J075

Hello I have a Ricoh MP C6503 that's jamming when trying to make duplex , Jam location E3 and the jam code is J075. I have cleaned all sensors from the pick-up area right through and the machine still jams. The machine is three months old. Cant seem to find anything that's causing the jam.
Any help will be appreciated.

Jam Code 075:
Inverter Feed-in Sensor: Lag Jam

I had an older unit doing the same thing just yesterday. Check the guide fins in the duplex area for any burrs or rough spots. If pages start to hang up or get slowed down it'll throw the 075.
