    ricoh mpc3000

    Hi
Customer has moved their Ricoh MPC3000 copier on their own upstairs without getting us to do it. Was working fine before they moved it. Now comes up with SC672 error. According to Customer they took it off the bottom unit moved both items upstairs, lifted copier back onto unit and now get this error. Havn't seen it before. Any ideas would be appreciated

ive seen customers do that move before, they didnt power off machine prior to unplugging and then it was plugged back in without turning off.
