    Mp 161 Firmware error on web image monitor

    IMG-20171018-WA0015.jpgAny one had a issue when u trying to install firmware that its giving you that error on web image monitor?

      I assume you are trying to upload a .rfu file via WIM and not a .fwu file?

          I believe that there might be a SP setting that will cause this. Possibly SP 5985-001 set to 2.

              It does not allow me to go upload.when a click Firmware Update it gives me that message
