    A1075 toner overflow

    this problem is the toner in the toner collection channel too much until the toner recycling pipe at front of the drum cloged and spoilt two small gear there.the machine keep loading toner.
    I have change the drum,dv,TD sensor and runs the td sensor initialize but still the same.Any body have an experiance this problem please help me.

    Make sure that the toner recycling mechanism that sits on top of the developer unit (where the pipe ends) is working properly. They are cheap to change out and only three screws.

    Also, I sometimes round out holes the recycling pipe (on the front of the drum unit) where the mounting screws go just a little bit and add a bit more pressure to make the two joint gears mesh better. I don't have any problems after that. I don't know if it's a slight manufacturing flaw or not, but it only needed to be done on a few machines.

      Also check that the entire wast toner system is not clogged - these machines sometimes like to clog up right at the waste bottle - what a mess...

        now the overtoning is gone but after i chang the dv and the toner.the print out become very blur after many copies.
        but the toner sign doesnt comes out.
        vsg-5.00,vsp-5.oo vspg-5.00
        I have no the service manual for this model.
        any body can help me?

          Have you fixed the blurry copies yet? It might be something else causing the blur, but just happened to show after you changed the dv.

          Check to make sure that the dv unit is fully seated and behind the little pin in the front (you'll see it).

            The drum flywheel could also be starting to come loose. And check to be sure the correct toner is installed.
