Hi Guys,

I have ricoh pro 1106ex, after jam the copy image turn very light even I use to print is the same. I attached the copy so you could see the result. Any advise is appreciated.

where does it jam?
what have you done to try and fix it?

hello,, Sorry but I m trying to make it work, it work for whole day and it come back without any error or jam. I did was just clean the charging unit then make the machine cool down. After i turn on it work back in whole day working normal. But this morning while the operator using it at the middle of copying the image become like show to attached page. Operator copying for 20 sheets and it happened&nbsp; at the middle of copying.<br><br>I am not sure if this really charging unit since i just change it 2 weeks ago.<br>If it is not charging unit anyone can tell me where is the charging unit connected (I mean the charge controller), I am not yet expose in control unit of this machine so i need at least idea the connection and how to determine if the charge controller have issue in service mode.
