Good morning at all, I have this problem on ricoh mp c3503, no reset JAM "C" zone fuser output paper, paper is not there, did anyone have this problem?precisely completed the printing cycle and JAM "C" appeared,

Jam code? Duplex? Have you looked in exit?

The copier is stuck, don't reset the jam 001 zone "C"

Jam code J001 is jam found at power on or not cleared when door is closed. We need the actual jam code when the last jam occurred. This can be found in SP 7507. Some jams will not be cleared until the front door is opened and closed even when it is not necessary to open it to remove the jam. Also check that the jam door on the paper bank is fully closed, usually the back end.

Thanks slimslob for suggestion, I can tell you that the copier signals on the lower left display side alternatively open door signal and jam signal ... the side and front door are closed i'm sure (but i did not check the switches ) but it does not reset, I also opened the fusing unit without result !!! for what concerns sp 7507 i have to go to check ....

Once you clear that door open message, the jam should also clear.
