Mp2550 during copying the pressure roller and the hot roller just separate due to pressure roller bearing rings out of positions. the fusing frame is not broken . any help please ?

The pressure roll is pretty much held in place with the spring on the inner side of the bearing and presses against the metal tabs in the fuser. Is the spring in the right position and are the tabs in good shape?Totoro -

Yo might have to replace the fusing unit lower case.Comment

Make sure you have the correct press roller, had a 1027 (similar) do that to me last week.Comment
