Hello ,
i hope everyone is ok here away from printers jams and codes

first i had a problem on the right edge of the drum there was a lot of toner that was not cleaned up ,

i open it and i found a lot of toner stuck under the cleaning blade it was not going out to the waste toner box ,

i cleaned the cleaning blade and cleared the path for the used toner

& i looked to the developer too and i found that it was leaking some toner on the right side but i want to deal with that later ,

so i put everything back ,

then i had this jam error (j013) and i could not solve it !

any advice or suggestions would be much appreciated ,

not sure how much you know about the mpws but there is a reg sensor on the plat that covers the underside of the dev unit is it stuck or broken.

thank you for replying , yes i think you are right about the sensor ,
i think it's damaged and i have to change it and see
i tried replacing it with some sensors i have , but it seems that this one is special it has a board inside !
the jam doesn't go off until power off the machine !
one other thing i noticed when i was there yesterday is that when i put a paper in the bypass and before the jams happens half of the paper has passed the drum but there is nothing printed on it

J013 is the reg sensor late jam so if the sensor is not working then paper will pass it and jam because the machine knows that the reg sensor should have been tripped already. Nothing is printed on your sheet because the paper has to trip the reg sensor before it will put anything on the paper so it is registered correctly.
