[Error Code] Ricoh Pro C 651 SC672

Hi guys

Please help!!!
Im struggling to clear sc672 startup error on a ricoh proC 651. I unplugged the hard disks,restarted mc with no disks,formatted hard disks, swopped memory, but still no luck.
I think went as far as starting the machine up with main components(pcus,itb,ptr,fuser unit) pulled out,but nothing.
Im guessing it can be my controller board thats faulty. I will test that next.

Any suggestions fellow techs??

Check usb connection between controller and operation panel.

Hi

I tested the controller board on a similar model.
The controller board still gave the SC 672. I had to order a new controller board for the client.
