[Error Code] SC 492 MP C4502

Got a call that a C4502 wouldn't print or copy in color (loss of everything except K). Found SC 492 in logs and replaced ITB assy with new unit, C, M restored but Y having issues (unsure if prior issue before the 492, no background SC 492 or anything else at this point). Swapped/Tested ITB power pack, etc, etc, etc, etc. Please see example, example is LEF with coverage towards front of machine:

High voltage power: Image transfer / paper transfer bias output error
An error signal is detected for 0.2 seconds when charging the
separation, image transfer bet or paper transfer roller.
     High voltage leak
     Broken harness
 Defective image transfer belt unit or paper transfer unit
 Defective high voltage supply unit
    1. Check or replace the harness.
    2. Replace the image transfer belt unit or paper transfer unit.
    3. Replace the high voltage supply unit.

Any feedback would be appreciated! Leaning towards a defective new ITB assy...?

have you checked the power supply form the wall or AVR sometimes i found it faulty that gives too high input for the machine.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

It looks like the yellow transfer roller in the ITB unit is not lifting the belt to make contact with the full width of the drum. This could be the roller, its lifting mechanism, the drum unit or a warped main frame.

It turned out to be a defective ITB assy out of the box. Got it swapped and problem solved.

        Thanks!
