    MPC2551 user codes

    Hello all, I have an MPC2551 that I just set up user codes on. I am using the pcl6 driver as they wanted "hold" printing. Everything set up as usual with no problems. I went to show the end user how to check and clear the usage at the end of the month and it does NOT record prints per user as it should. The COPIER (walk up) DOES record the user usage but the printer will not. I have the user code authentication for the printer set to "PC CONTROL" as I do on all the others models. Anyone run in to this before?

      The Print Volume Use Limitation: Unit Count Setting for the print functions might be set to 0. If it is, change it back to 1.

          No dice Slimslob. I configured an MP3502 in the shop here and get the same thing. If I load the PCL5 driver it works like a champ. I don't get the hold, sample or private print functions but at least the user codes will record usage with the PCL5 driver.
