      From comparing Product Guides: C2504sp does not support ARDF. C2504ex does not have SOP connection for USB camera.

          EX works on Mac by default, on SP you need to install PostSctipt

              "Ex" devices include Postscript emulation, to be exact.

                  The ex models also have the Remote Support App preinstalled(if not activated). They are nearly identical though, aside from the previously mentioned items.
