    Ricoh MP 2401/3601

    There is a issue when I using twain driver from computer it will error "scanner 3601 cannot find".

      What software are you using? If the software is 64 bit or requires a WIA (Windows Image Acquisition) device, TWAIN drivers devices will not be recognized.
