I have a customer at a church that has a Ricoh MP 2851, their IT guy is attempting to get the machine to scan to email. the machine scans the document and at bottom of screen it says "processing" for 7 or 8 minutes then says error. Has anyone seen this and what can I do to resolve this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My guess is, he's trying to use an encrypted connection. NO GO
But seriously, trying to troubleshoot when you have ZERO information about the configuration is just a little bit tricky -
