When a customer sends a print job to the machine the data light flashes but the job doesn't print and it doesn't ask to enter the access code I think they may need software or a firmware update. Thanks

Job header does not contain the proper user information.

If it's asking for an "Access Code", they have User ID Management enabled, and you'll need to key that person's user code into their Printing Preference settings on the driver.
