Np c2800 toner pump failure ?

I have a strange problem, customer replaced black toner catridge-it was empty indeed-and
after that, machine stays on "No toner black" message!
So he called to see what happens. I cleaned the hose out of the m/c, the toner sensor
and i suspected a faulty pump. But,
the pump does not work in diagnostics..no clicking noise is coming from the toner pump clutch
and the big suprise is that even the other pumps do not response in diagnostics!!!
Is there any similar experience out there, before i start throwing parts..IOB, etc?
I checked cables,reseat plugs/jacks..

Was there toner oem that is all I use. tried compatible toner and bit me big time.
Which you see is most likely a bad pump. You could try vacuum the black tubing and other parts just to make sure not a clog. When they put in toner did it say adding toner then out of toner again if so i would say pump . When you swap pump make sure you replace hose that comes with it.

1. Change pump
2. Vaccum hose
3. Fit original Ricoh toner
4. Check all covers are closed

2. All covers are closed, it is the standard version, with two trays, only.

Replace the pump, classic common problem.
