mp 201spf fax header does not have phone # on it

I have a Ricoh MP 201 SPF and I programmed into "Fax Information" the name of company and the phone number where fax is coming from and when they send faxes, the phone # does not appear on the top of page...everything else does... it is crucial for this company to have their phone # on faxes they send...plz HELP! what am I missing???

how did you enter the information? easiest way is to web into it... you might see the field that you missed thru that view.
