Ricoh mp 2000 puking too much toner

i have a problem with my mp2000 it keeps on spitting too much toner, that it even reaches down to the lowest paper tray, i tried replacing the canister and the PCU but still same thing is happening.

Given the age of the machine the seals in the toner try are likely lone gone on holiday. When you say replace the "canister" and PCU do you mean you completely replaced the PCU with a new one, or you just rebuilt it? Also by canister do you mean the toner bottle?

Clean all the toner out of machine, replace PCU, Dev and toner supply unit.

Inspect the toner bottle holder, check the part that comes in contact with the PCU, the part with the sliding cover. Over time, the seal on this part deteriorates.
