    pro8100 sc672-11

    just interested has anyone had sc672-11 on a baron as we have just had one go down we have tried all the normal remove hdd check connectors etc just looking for advise as I have had 2 mpc3003 this week all needing opps panels to repair them so I'm thinking this maybe an expensive fix.
    anyone had this on a big bit of kit like this.

      Communication problem between controller and operation panel occurred, or a data error occurred, at power on. On other models frequently caused by the USB cable between them. SOmetimes just reseating both ends of the cable works.

          Thanks for the input the engineer will proberly be going too day with a usb cable as sugested.

              turned out to be the opps panel the site is having mains problems and so fare its taken out 2 more moc5503 opps panels
