MP 3352 SP displayed SC899 now Enhanced Locked Print not working

    [Error Code] MP 3352 SP displayed SC899 now Enhanced Locked Print not working

    Hello Everyone,

    Ricoh Tech here, I have a MP3352SP in a library system that is using Enhanced locked print. The machine threw a SC899 several days ago code and now the Enhanced Locked print function isn't working. The blue "Data In" light flashes briefly but nothing every prints, the user name never appears in the ELP NX application so the user can print. Copy function, and USB print function work correctly.

    Java is loading correctly upon boot up and the application starts up correctly. Going back to the account tomorrow to give it another look. Firmware that is outdated is PCL v1.01, Printer v1.05, Scanner v1.02, System/Copy v1.10 will update those tomorrow.

    Looking for any ideas or other things to try, Thanks in advance. I feel like it's just like a corrupted job got sent to the machine and something just needs to be reset

    Firmware is what we do to fix it.
