[Jamming] Ricoh Africo M5000 Duplex Only Paper Jam

I bought a used M5000 today with pretty high page counts about 300,000 for $350.

One sided prints fine and even finisher works fine but when I do Duplex printing it prints on one side and not the other side and jams. Any suggestions I can try guys?

you have to clean the rubber transport.. sandpaper and Platenclene.. bye

Assuming its a MP5000 There's a Gate that engages when it duplexes (On the duplex assy) turning it around. sometimes that gate lever gets broken.

Please Check Part D003-4442 or D003-4482 for having duplex issue

Hey guys. I opened the side panel and somehow it ended up working. I guess because we moved the machine first few pages had issue but now it ended up working for last 100 pages or so.
