As mentioned the print function for this machine is built into the controller board PCB and is not an option. If you bought this machine and it is physically missing that board you will need to buy a new one, the external panels for it, HDD bracket and HDD and a 2GB memory SODIMM

D5515710 is the part number for the board itself, it is quite expensive though. You can only use the controller board made specifically for the C4501, not one for any other machine.

If you bought the machine and it has all its circuit boards but the print function is not working you will need to troubleshoot the problem.
