ricoh af-2050L FAX

this one is telling me to clear copy. went through the entire machine to check all the sensors and flags but no luck. can send out but will not print confirmation. cannot make a copy either. any ideas much appreciated. is there a reboot or reset for this fax or is it something simple i have missed. i have the fuser reset but won't work. thanks t

I think there is a bulletin on that machine regarding that problem. There is a bit switch you can set to increase the motor current, and also some main drive train gears to lube.
