[Error Code] SC 530-07 after paper jam

Hi Guys

Any clues on the SC 530-07 after customer removed paper from fuser.
Error won't clear, no paper in connectors, all fans connected as not worked on until today...
Have read possible fuse on PSU blown, that would make sense- anyone had this??

Knowing the model would help a lot.

At least 50% of IT is a solution looking for a problem.
