Scanrouter V2 Lite

I need to add new users to my destination and send list through the Scanrouter menu. I cannot add anyone new to the destination list but I can add to the senders list. I am able to bring up the dialog box to create the new use but when I finish the job I get a message unable to create user suspend services and no new user is created. I have already suspended the services which did not work nor did turning off the Gestetner.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me out there? I must be dense or something because there are very choices on the menu of scanrouter.

How many destinations do you currently have programmed? It only allows 99. If you don't have that many then you may want to try and "Return to Installation Defaults" from the Maintenance menu. Of course you should always try the reboot first.

I think you need to be logged in to Windows as the user that Scanrouter was loaded onto the system to make any changes. If you have already done that, you can re run the set up and attempt to repair the set up. This is assuming you haven't reached the limit for destinations as previously stated.
