Your opinion on the SP C222SF

    Hello,

I would like your opinion on the "SP C220S/SP C221SF/SP C222SF" because I must install 4 the next week and we have no technical decline on these products.

What should I expect short-term and long term.

It is true that it seems fragile but unfortunately the commercial had nothing better to offer the customer order to deal with his new Canon iRC1021i ...

The main issue is they are expensive to run as the all-in-one PCUs are low yield @ 2k.
But we have not yet had any major problems with the ones we have sold.

I guess this one is too new for telling long-term experiences - besides that I can't imagine that anyone is forcing to sell this little, expensive thingy like a "must have" at all

Buy a real colour copier, i.e. MPC 5000 from us and we will give you a SPC222 for free! Does that give you an idea of how good they are? Ricoh Oz must have a warehouse full of them they cant get rid of.
Also if you get a quote and buy another brand we'll still give you a GX5050 for free, in fact if you really piss us off we'll give you two!!!!!!!!

Anyway at this time everyone did everything and anything. Just yesterday, I saw that HP offers a Wii to buy a color laser printer, two laptops, the third is available ...

Considering the price of SP C222SF, I doubt that we should not expect luxury ...

                    Long live the commercial ...

this machine does my head in.

apart from the stuff said above, The button response on the panel is too slow, eg if you type in a fax number at a normal pace, it will miss half of the digits, you have to type real slow

and also doesnt support distinctive ring.

Get a SP 210. muuuch better

I just really do not like this machine. It does not conform to any of Ricoh's standards because it is produced by Samsung. You cannot scan to a shared folder that is hosted on a Domain Controller, and when you do scan to a shared folder, you must use the local administrator on the computer to authenticate. The Web config is just not at all user friendly, AND the machine is costly to run. The machine itself is just overall slow; for everything you do at the op panel, you have to wait.
