[Misc] Ricoh MPC2500 cannot print coloured JPG.

Hi,

We have a Ricoh MPC2500. We can print coloured PDF but cannot print coloured JPEG.
The message said that we are not authorized. (something like that).

Is there a setting for this?

hi if u cannot print colour better u check your driver printer set colour or black white, if set colour please login web image & checking your acces colour enable or disable

I can print PDF format in colour. Jpeg can print in black and white but not in colour.

Yess that why i say you check your driver printer mybe in the driver printer set black white not colour if set black white no wander you cannot print colour

is already in colour. Default is in colour.

Make sure your driver printer at AVANCED(printing defaults) set colour then PRINTING PREFERENCES set colour is not same set no wander you cannot print

Open the jpg file, click file,print, select printer properties, I bet that Black and White is selected.

You might want to check the file permissions of the jpeg. What software are you using to open and attempt to print the jpeg with or are you just trying to right click and select print.Have you tried using IrfanView?

no he said they CAN print color PDF's .... just not JPEGS.

Was doing trial and error, and discovered this..


-open jpeg file with photo - print only B&W
-open Jpeg file with Windows Photo viewer - print only B&W
-open Jpeg file with paint - can print colour
-open Jpeg file with snagit - can print colour
-Open Jpeg file with paint 3D - can print colour


I was using the top 2 all these while. Damn..
