It would be good to know what problem you are trying to solve with firmware.
Additionally there is a firmware difference between the basic model that is copy only and the MFP model that has a print controller.

Firmware will not help.
I don't know how you had it configured to scan to Windows 7?
Possibly Scanrouter? (arrrgh....I thought I'd said that word for the last time)
AF2020 does not have SMB capability.
Whatever the case, there is certainly no F/W that will resolve it.
Scan to email or upgrade

That machine is going to be way too old for scanning to Windows 10 with SMB1 disabled. Ricoh doesn't appear to be releasing any kind of upgrades for models below the MP xxx3 families.

I had always heard that Scanrouter wasn't even fully supported on anything after Windows XP. I tried once to put v2 Light on a Windows 7 to see what happened to no avail.

It wasn't, but the trick I found to get it to work was to turn off UAC.

To be specific, the last firmware update was April 8, 2008. Way before the introduction the introduction of Windows 7 on July 22, 2009, and became generally available on October 22, 2009 let alone Windows 8, 8.1 and 10. To me that indicates the controller hardware won't support it.
