I'm been running into a few SC720-35 lately and have the vibrating unit removal down-pat but I wish I could just get the Stack\stapler unit to pull out just a few more inches so I can see the rear screw holes and connectors better. Some of my units are in a tight space with little room for movement. I looked in the SR5060 service manual with no luck.
At the front side of the left rail there is a black plastic clip that is wedged between the two parts of the rail. I tried to remove it with no luck and I'm not sure if I do if it will give me my desired outcome.
The SR5060 service manual shows any work to be done in that area needs to be done from the back of the SR5060. No info on how to unlock the unit from the rail.
Any help will be greatly appreciated. I know the manufacture spec for placement of this unit shows 2 feet or more from a wall but that just not reality.
