Has anyone had any experience with the ricoh EF3000 envelope feeder?

It's just a replacement tray for either T2, T3 or T4 from what I can see.
No auto size detection, and you need to enable small paper sizes in general features.

    What's the issue you having?

Have a customer possibly wanting one, never used one and am wondering if it actually feeds the envelopes without issue.

I have had several customers use them. They actually work quite well.

That must be why they stopped selling them! At least when I looked it didn't seem like any of the recent machines had the envelope feeder as an option.

Installed the envelope tray today and it works like a charm. No more messing with trying to run through the bypass.
