if i remember correctly, its just outside atlanta, deluth i think. if its still there.

If you are with an authorized dealer you might want to login to the Ricoh Learning Institute. From there you can lookup the training you want/need. You can then see when and where the instructor led classes are scheduled. There are also self paced online courses you can take. If you haven't used the Ricoh Learning Institute before, you may have to register in order to create a login and password.
