    MPC4504EX DF problems

    Hey all......

We are trying to replace the DF3100 (D3B0) on an MPC4504EX. I found the parts catalog for the feeder, but there is no part number for the complete DF. Any chance anyone has had to get hold of one of these?

    Thanks

With it being an option, I think it's an EDP code. Check the marketing information.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

It actually comes standard on the machine. I went through the product support guide just in case, but they didn't even show the DF as an option.

And why do you want to replace it?

Having a lot of jamming issues, seems to have some bent framework. The metal is so flimsy that any amount of torque can alter it. Possibly took a hit in shipping, but no evidence outwardly. Hoping to get it replaced under warranty, but that takes time that makes customers unhappy. We are currently preparing to steal the feeder from another machine from one of our other branches.

What jam codes are you getting?
