    [Error Code] Ricoh PRO C 651

    Can someone tell me what to do with code C719-3.
    Machine has just moved but has made copies.

      It is in the service manual. If you don't have a service manual, you should not be working on a production printer.

          I have the service manual, but I can not believe that the print is broken. I do not believe in coincidence. Must be a stupidity. Maybe someone had the same error ...

                  Something's been damaged in transit or it's not plugged in.
                  The stacker was corrupt. Machine also said that the toner was not properly placed + code sc719-3 and sc719-7.All because of the stacker that was corrupt. just so you know.Thank you everyone.Patrick
