Hi all you friendly Ricoh engineers!
I'm a tourist from the Konica Minolta board but need a little help prior to visiting a Ricoh.
We have a client who has all KMs on site and an old Ricoh MPC C305SPF.
The Ricoh keeps asking for Yellow toner, which the client informs us they have changed. But it still asks for it to be replaced.
Not sure if it will be a chip which needs cleaning, a generic toner issue (they say it genuine) or something else.
Is there anything you guys know about this prior to our visit?
