Paper jam occurs frequenrly at fusing. Paper jam one of upper picker fingers
I replaced hot, upper piocker finger with no result .
I note that copies are defficult (from books)

Do the copies have a black margin on the lead edge? This can be a cause of paper jams. Also, the fusing exit sensor, which is in the duplex unit, pretty easy to see, can get flaky and needs to be replaced. Especially if your jam code is 14.

Are you sure you are using the proper hot roller strippers?

Is very important to use the proper springs for strippers. Idk codes because it happened a long time ago.
( proper = a lilttle bit stronger springs , so it will be a lil harder for the paper to raise the stripper from hot roller )

Last time i touched a 2035 was 2-3 years ago.
