    ricoh sp5200s

    HELP!!!
    We have a Customer with a Ricoh SP5200S copier. They had a paper jam under the registration plate and managed to break it. Got part number no problem and ordered it from our local Ricoh dealers who then informed us that Ricoh have told them that this part is not available!!!. Part Number is M0212966. GUIDE PLATE REGISTRATION UPPER. Part is shown in the manual so very strange. Anyone had to replace this and if so where did you get it. We are based in the UK

      M0212966 -> M0212910 -> M0522912 -> M0522940

              Thanks for the help. All sorted. It appears that the new part number you quoted me M0522940 is the complete unit and is a modified part as per Ricoh bulletin. This site is awsum and has helped us out on numerous occasions
