[error] Mp 3054 random paper jam ,PCU ,Fusing error

Hello i have a mp3054 with less the 100k copies with latest firmware. Randomly the machines gives : paper missfeed inside of device ,paper missfeed duplex unit , reset correctly BK PCU , reset correctly Fusing Unit. Not always in this order.When i check the logs for paper jams , shows only J001 ( paper jam at power up) .
Any input is welcomed.

J001 is normally a faulty cover switch. One of the small push button type like on bridge units and duplex units.

I have the same problem and I have many blockages in the area SKEW correction sensor on= 44. You have found a solution for this issue?
