    Sp9100 error message

    Dear all,
    I have sp9100dn, at power on panel shows ( Rom Update waiting for data), no any activity in machine.
    Sometimes it shows e44 error.
    I am trying to update firmware from sd card but machine stills in ( Rom Update waiting for data)
    Kindly guide me

      the service manual has the directions for firmware upgrade in it

          Check that the SD card is not write protected.

              No write protect.
              I want to know the procedure to resolve this issue
