    [Misc] Ricoh 4504 Scanning authentication

    I have several ricoh 4504 that intermittently do not request scanning authentication, when it does this, the start button will not come to ready. It work for everything but only o scanning this is happening with all 5 of these machines. So far the only fix we have is turning them on and off.

      Scanning to email, folder, SMB, FTP? Individual PC's or a server? Has the firmware on the copier been updated to the newest version?

          Yes the firmware was updated to the latest release. and we are scanning SMB to a server
