ΜΠ 2501

In the first maintance of this machine i replaced opc , blade and developer but instand of executing 2 801 i executed 2 802. Ever since i couldn't fix the machine . Image at the center is not so vivd but acceptable but at the edges is light. Also dirty background.
I have tried everything with no result. Cleaned optics, swaped a drum unit from an other machine, cleaned laser unit, separation roller with no results.
During that period machine made more than 100k copies with poor image. I have replaced 3 times (3 maintence services) OPC ,blade and developer , executed sp 2 801 but the same problem . OPC, dev and toner are geniuin.
I am sure that the problem is not at the drum unit or at the machine but some value somehow has changed .
Any idea?

Are you aware that all the mirrors inside a laser housing unit are first surface mirrors.

MAchine is ΜΡ 2501 , Ι have cleaned laser unit and polygon mirror surfaces . As i have told you the problem started after first maintence . at that point image was not light but with dark lines because of the drum which i replaced. After maintence i have had those problems. So i don't think that laser is the problem. After all i have cleaned it with no result.
I Repeat i believe the problem is at the machine perhaps when i first replaced developer and executed 2802 instead of 2801 somehow a value has changed.
Now i have the same problem with an other mp2501 . Customer used compatible toner and machine splited toner. I replaced opc, blade and developer (all geniuin) executed 2801 and image is exactly as the first machine.
Any idea?
i.e. Because customer was absent all that time i lost interest for these machines but now.

At the moment of adjustment, did you check the values for charge roller bias, development bias?
Also, could you scan and post 5990-002?
