    mpc4502 user codes issue

Is there a way (sp mode) to mask/hide the user codes when they are being typed on the display (****). I also modified the driver to have a pop up for entering the user code. Customer wants this also masked.

    thanks

Do they also want it to disable for one hour after 3 incorrect attempts?
Maybe they need to use a higher level of user authentication than User Codes. Maybe Windows login, LDAP with Active Directory, Kerberos, CAC/PIV card or some other third party application.

I'm sure they will ask for that. I was playing around with mp5054 and the codes are masked when you type .

set up customer to use user codes for accounting and print limitations along with locked print for "security".
