    Wrinkled sheets on mpc305

    Good morning
    One of my customers has a Ricoh MPC305 and has this problem with normal paper. Basically the sheet is all explained with a line in the middle. He prints a lot on the card, the problem is to check with the normal card.
    I changed the fuser (thinking it was that) but the problem is not solved. Could it be a problem with the paper tray?

    I enclose photos of the problem.

      Install the new ptr (d118....).

          Check the transfer roller it has a Mylar that often gets damaged and catches the paper as it passes over it
          as Zeldaman said replace it

              also check the edge of the paper tray where the paper leaves under the feed roller. The paper wears the edge of the tray uneven and it causes paper to feed skew and also causes creasing.

                  ok printer tech 101.... what would cause this?

                  BLOCKAGE or timing issue in the paper path.

                  other than change the fuser what else have you done?
