Ricoh mp2501 developer on page

Hello,I have a problem with a Ricoh mp2501.There is developer on the drum and on the printed page.No SC code.

I installed the PCU to another copier and worked great.Installed another PCU ,the same problem.I have changed the transfer roller , cleaned the laser unit and checked the developer values.Nothing changed.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

check the quenching lamp above the drum

pull the pcu out and look at where it sits. look for toner underneath it.

Dev can only end up on the page if there is no bias on the mag.
