Ricoh 1515MF fax memory problem

We have a Ricoh 1515MF/Savin 3515MF that has developed a problem when faxing. It will only allow about 5 to 7 pages to be faxed, it acts like it's memory is full. Is there a way to clear out this memory? Have never seen this problem before.

FAX SP mode:

5101 Initialize SRAM
5102 Erase All Files
5103 Reset Bit Switches
5104 Factory setting

Execute SP5101 if still having issues do 5104
